Magnus Lundkvist was born and raised in Västerås, Sweden. Since 2007 he has been working and living in Stockholm. During the vast majority of the 1990s, Magnus worked on an ever-increasing reputation as a trubadur in Sweden. With his over 1500 gigs around Sweden and abroad, he acquired the routine that today shines through his stable performance and delivery of his own material. 

Throughout his music career, Magnus has written, produced and recorded his own material. The latest proof of the high level he holds can be heard on the album release Mozart and the Sleepy Man (2015). The music has strong and clear influences from giants like Nik Kershaw, The Beatles, John Mayer and the entire American singer songwriter scene.
